The European Commission Joint Research Centre (JRC) and the ESTI laboratory are glad to invite you to the 2022 edition of the Spectroradiometer and Broadband Radiometer Intercomparison.
The main goal of the intercomparison is the harmonization of measurements and calibration techniques within the community, especially in relation to the need for traceable broadband and spectral irradiance measurements.
The final report will include the results of the intercomparison measurements of all the spectroradiometers in terms of performance statistics, and calibration measurement results for broadband instruments against the JRC-ESTI data sets (directly traceable to WRR Davos for broadband instruments). All the participant institutions will be listed as co-authors in the following scientific publications.
There is no registration fee for participating. The cost of participation for each participant shall be met from their own resources, no monetary compensation shall be provided by JRC or the community of Nus, Aosta Valley, Italy.
For the accommodation, adjacent to the Observatory there are two structures (the small hotel “Chalet St.-Barthelemy” and an hostel), but the town of Nus offers more receptivity at 15-20 minutes by car.
